He is currently employed at Sagility, a global Transformative Healthcare BPM company that specializes in serving the US Healthcare industry. At Sagility, he heads business delivery and shared services for Americas region.

He advises multiple tech startups and enjoys golfing.

He also serves as the President of the Global Services Association of Jamaica.
